Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with or wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We assess all return requests on a case-by-case basis and if an exchange has been approved the product is to be returned in its original unused condition. Note that we do not cover the shipping costs of returns.
We are happy to exchange pots within a week of purchase if you have changed your mind.
